LIFE (II)

Perhaps you are still living in your own world, so I'm here to tell you straight. You think you were cool, back then, calling XX names and embarrassing XX in front of so many people? You think you were brave, humiliating an innoncet being just because YOU think you are better, more superior than XX? Please. Time to look in the mirror and tell yourself to grow up. You are nothing more than an insecure kid who have to put down others to make yourself feel better, more important. Or perhaps you are a pathetic sick freak escaped from the asylum. So what if you were right? So what if it's true? What has it got to do with you? Didn't your mum teach you to treat others with respect? XX is no less a person you are, in fact tonnes better. XX didn't retaliate. Didn't lash back at you. Isn't that enough to show the stark contrast between the both of you?I saw the person behind your mask of lies and superficiality. The world accepts abnormalities, differences. So I'm telling you and your over sized head, inflated ego to shut up.I know XX may not even think of me as a friend, but I consider XX as one, and I don't allow anybody to hurt my friends in any way. You just crossed the invisible line. Why do you have to do this. To taunt others.(While you laugh and feel good, others are suffering. Is that what you really want? Inflict unnecessary pain on others?)I hate the world because of people like you. Life sucks in more ways than one.
Monday, it was the floorball tryout. Mel, YuXuan, ZhengPei, Charleen, Linlin, Huimin, Nancy and many other people were there. I mean it's quite duh, since 160+ people turned up. We watched the guys finished their round, then we proceeded to our assigned station. [WHY DID WE HAVE 8 STATIONS WHEN ALL THE GUYS DID WAS TO PLAY A FEW GAMES?] It was a screwup, complete failure. After the second station, my confidence dropped to ground zero. 0.0 Then we had to run 1.6km at 8+ when the sky was dark. After shuttle run my fate was basically sealed. So nope, floorball doesn't like me, no matter how much love I showered on it. =.= I hereby declare that Lucas and Amanda are freaking pro! To get into floorball, that is.
After floorball, I checked my handphone and tada! Saw Shuhui's sms! Sang Chinese New Year songs and! MayDay's songs from the canteen to the school gate. Quite a distance, I should say! [Ling how lousy are you to only know Lian Ai ING?!] Suddenly remembered Shuhui's sms, so I stopped my 自high-ing and called her. SO IT'S TRUE! MAYDAY IS COMING TO SINGAPORE FOR A CONCERT ON THE 26TH OF APRIL! AND SHUHUI ACTUALLY BOOKED A TICKET FOR ME! Apparently, she was the 15th to email the MayDay forum person, so YAY. Definitely better seats than last year's, and better sound system! Guess Ashin wasn't saying for the sake of pleasing us that June 2nd was just a preparation for 2008's concert at Indoor Stadium! Had dinner at Subway with Ling, SHo and Eelyn [eh Ling and her obsession with Subway], talked about school and many other things, almost reached home at 10.
Next day. Oh Arif happy birthday! :D GW, not bad! You should totally become a poet. After school met with Suchin and Val in the canteen. Waited till 4.30 to go for Wushu selections in mph, freaked out last minute, so we spent the next hour or so watching the others did their moves. It's really scary, alright! The first group of people did a series of ultra-complicated moves [which are pieces of cake to the Wushu veterans, I'm sure], that involved jumping/soaring in the air, staying there for a second or two, doing a half turn, landing back on the ground, gracefully, as if nothing happened. HOW FREAKY IS THAT!!! AND they did cartwheels. And NO NO NO yx doesn't do cartwheels. Yihui came after a while and we left. I ate a burger at Mos [while Val and Suchin watched], waiting for Ling to come. Went home.
Wednesday. Celebrated Linlin's birthday in the morning with Amanda, Sarah, Alicia, Yajie and a few others, in BB town. [I think my songs rock! XD] Had OG lunch in, where else, but BB town again. GW was waiting for someone to show up, apparently, 'cos he left two huge pieces of cake on the plate. Too bad, the person didn't come! So, not to waste GW's efforts, we went to find THAT person at ISH, and passed the cake to her! Oh, not just the cake, but his littl' note of LOVE as well. (: I shall not reveal the person's name, so as not to embarrass GW.
Amanda, you shared the cake with Lucas right! Oops. Didn't mean to say that! XD
Rugby tryout! Didn't even know why I went. I thought I signed up for recre Touch Rug? Not the serious one? Still, I went. Played tag on the muddy field. Sprinted 100m. Ran 1.2km. Killed my body cells, shoes, orientation tee, water bottle (fifth one I've lost in a matter of months!) for nothing? I hope not. :(
Dinner with Linlin and Pingfang at J8! We took such a long time deciding which restaurant to go to [too bad, we were all indecisive people], ended up in Swensens. [I love the two muddy hand prints on my orientation tee! It's random art, may even fetch me a hefty sum if I were to auction it off, I tell you. Nah, I'm not serious. (:] Ping Fang is so terribly funny! Her 'I LOVE my ______' was the tagline of the day. But it was hilarious talking to the two and enjoying the ambiance, the company, the food. XD Me and PF ate half a chicken each! Linlin had baked rice. Shared Lin's free ice cream. Xiao Fei and her friend came, after their Boon Lay Youth interviews. More talking. Reached home late again. XD Aww I miss RG (yet again).
Today is probably my slackest (and est) day of the week. Almost got a white slip first thing in the morning, for jaywalking in school.suay- :( We were so worried when our student passes were confiscated by the teacher, but we got off with a good scolding plus warning. Whew. I thought we would be the first few to get white slips in our level! What's more, we're a bunch of really guai people, riight?
PE, two rounds on the track, loads of stretching [a.k.a pulling apart my lazy muscle tissues (fats)]. Thankfully, it wasn't six rounds round the track, like what some classes were doing. Loitered around the school with Lin after our last tutorial, bought the yummy hokkien mee from the food court near my house, went home. [I just finished eating it. Gah my blocked nose makes the food tasteless in my mouth.]
Hey sorry if I seemed really grouchy today, I shall conveniently push the fault to my state of semi-sick. Nah. Hunger+thirst+blocked nose+sore throat+cough+headache+my own problems=a disgustingly pmsy me. Really sorry. =/
Everyday I drag my torso out of bed, take the train with Suchin, Yihui and Val (sometimes joined by the other members of the Yishun clan), join my OG in BB town, sit through lectures and tutorials in a daze, somehow finding my way to the canteen to grab a few bites, go for CCA tryouts, eat dinner with friends, reach home at 8+, sleep at 11. :( It's becoming a routine, a never ending cycle.
Why am I attending all the tryouts? Perhaps I just want to be accepted, hmm.
Yet failure after failure is demoralizing, it totally wears me out.
Random: I love the MSN mass conversation with BB06! (: BBQ tomorrow, yayness!
