I think this is really really funny! Karasawa Toshiaki is really cute!! [He's Zaizen in Great White Tower. Woots.] Satomi is rather funny too.

EOYs are over. Netball carn is over. After two months of break, we'll be Sec4s.
Scary isn't it?
One more year to go mates, and that's it.
Today's netball carnival was fun. Nancy was busy gushing over ___. I was feeling quite loserish, because our class was like losing 6 or more games in a row to the point of embarrassing. So you can imagine our joy when we first drew with some class. Haha. Afterwards we improved, and went on to draw one and win two I think. Not very very pro but good enough for us easily contended non-competitive peeps! We were overjoyed when we won at last. Yayy! And we were not trashed by 307 the class filled with sports people so that's GOOD NEWS! Yep no matter how we perform, we still rock! Go 306! PWNs! <33
MR Daniel Lau came down to support 307 [like because he is their form teecher?], almost for the whole morning! Somebody is jealous hehh? -hints- Mr Toh came down at some point too, to support his 308. BUT WHERE'S MS LIM AND MISS TEOH! Heiz. Nevermind. (: See! Other teachers are so supportive of their classes. )":
Our class had a massive water spraying session after the end of all the matches! It was really fun and exciting, making us bond as a class. [I am reflecting!] Started off by Sarah dumping water on poor, short Linlin [no surprise here], it became the entire class spraying water on everyone else. [Actually I was not surprised. Everyday there'll at least be two pairs running after each other in class. -sniggers-] Everyone was dripping wet after that, but in a good mood! [I think] Great that everyone was sporting about it. Yayy our class rocks. Sizzle sizzle! Not winning but still happy and not sulky!
Yeah then there's the staff VS netballers match. The PE dept teachers are really good! Look at Mr Yeoh and Mr Ong and Mr Ben. They are so.. huge I mean tall! It's just like that match against.. 307? That GA is really really really tall! While she was shooting and catching all the rebounds, I just stood there and went repeatedly 'You are so tall! Why so tall! I can't reach! So tall!'. Poor Linlin. She just looked like a dwarf beside that GA. Why are all the GSs and GAs so tall? Hmph. I don't think I am that short.
Anyway back to the staff VS students match. James Ong and Sean Yeoh practically owned the game with their clear height advantage. Especially so for James Ong. And they play as if it's a basketball game. The way they just seem to scoop high balls from the air. The way they just jump into the air and whoosh! Ball intercepted. And when they shoot. They practically just dumped those balls into the net with just a lift of hand. Bahhhs. Pros. The game was swift and eye-pleasing. But poor Mr Lau! He seemed clueless and tried his best to run/walk and jumped around in his shining shoes and long pants. But good job anyway! [I am saying this for the sake of a certain -ahem- person (:] In fact, I think our school netballers are really good! At least compared to us unprofessional noobs.

Hate TV. (: I simply don't watch TV. I watch movies! And nice, inspirational, intellectual, thought-provoking dramas such as GREAT WHITE TOWER [Jap version]!!!! Poor Zaizen. ): Not boring, irritating, plain dumb shows that mediacorp produces. [Oops is that a little harsh?]
I feel quite inspired and enlightened by many things around me these days. I hope I have become a better person than I was. I hope I am a more ethical and morally upright person than I used to be. I hope I am what I hope to be.
I have this sudden urge to write a character analysis for Great White Tower and Snape. And maybe rewatching Matrix and picking out all the philosophical ideas that I had missed. That'll make me occupied during the holidays. Go Snape. Go Zaizen. Go Johnny.

Zaizen!!! I still insist that Zaizen was not wrong hence he should not have lost the case. I am very very sure that Zaizen did not just tell the cancer guy there was only one method of treating his cancer. I can proof it! Zaizen told the guy the best way to treat his cancer was by operation, and went on explaining why, but the guy told him he could not understand, that's why Zaizen told the guy the only way to get well was to go for the operation.
Freaking lawyer. I was swearing through the whole interrogation. Sh*ty guy who actually believed that he was doing some honourable thing. ^^&%^(^&. Why hold a grudge against docs? I think I'll hate lawyers from now onwards. ^$%^$%$ guy.
I am fine with Satomi though, because I guess Satomi is Zaizen's only true friend.
Karasawa Toshiaki rocks big time!!! He is so so so adorable! And he's so so sweet to his wife! :D

Friday was fun! Only 19/29 of us turned up for class, and that's around 2/3 of us. Still, the class was rather noisy haha. Minus Alicia's screaming, Linlin and Sarah's fooling around, Yadi Jessica and Anna's discussions about Anime, Divya, Weixia, Serene, Chen.. (:
When I reached school, there were only four other people in the class, so I thought the turn out rate was quite pathetic. Then at around 7.20, more people came. Hahh. During morning assembly, it was obvious that our class just shrunk by quite alot. Really funny.
PE. Played netball. Even though our class netball ain't pro [perhaps because some team members were not in school], it was quite fun. Everyone was just so violent! I kept stepping on Madhu and Mingyue's shoes. And after playing for quite a long time, MsTan asked us to play another 10 mins of ruby. Gosh I was friggin' tired after the hour.
Chinese. We just went through some compo stuff, and Lu Lao Shi gave us chocs! Whee. Was doing Physics in his class.
Hmm recess. MrAng went through Math FA with us. Most of us did very badly. [He gave me straight zero for some questions because I wrote the answers on a single side of a paper. Didn't even look at my answers man. Dang. Izzah's the proest. She did all the answers on one sheet of paper, and she got zero for the whole paper. Riiiiight.] He took away parts of our Assembly [Cleaning class period] off as well. Hmph.
RS was fun. I was in class, trying to do physics, and everyone else was in the class mugging. Then this 309 gal came, talking to Madhu Amer Izzah they all, and she said some really amusing things so quite a lot of us just stopped mugging and listened to her stories. She talked about her teachers, their class outing, and lots more stuff. Yeah.
Physics. Did a WS, Mr Singh explained to us one question. That's all.
Next week's EOYs! 6 more days to end of torture. Good Luck everyone.

Hehh EOYs. I have long decided that life is not just about studying.
It's about the process. It's about the knowledge. It's about enjoying and treasuring what we have.
I shall challenge the process by not mugging like crazy [Points at Alicia and gang].

Picture of the day! CSI NY cast Season 1. Now Aiden Burn's gone and Linsay is in! For the latest season, Dectective Angell and Payton joined in [yikes Mac/Payton. urgh where's my sMACked?]. Mac, Danny and Flack just rock CSINY. They're the reason I love CSI NY the most out of the three. Horatio is fine, I like him, Grissom is nice, Warrick is ok, Greg da smarty is kind of cute (?), Nick's alright in my book, BUT mac/danny/flack/hammerback/sid/stella/linsay/angell/even payton are simply GREAT. Lala. Go CSI NY.

Revisiting my idol list, and I realize that my idols come from many different countries. My current top 10 most beloved celebrities:
1. Johnny Depp!!! [No surprise. Hehh. Since this blogskin is kind of delicated to him?]
2. Severus Snape [A fictional character, I know, but Snape's just so amazing. I'll stand by him no matter what others say about him. Rock on, my most beloved potions master!]
3. Zaizen Goro [Great White Tower! Real name Karasawa Toshiaki I think. Really really sly guy. Haha.]
4. Im Ho [Debated with myself for a long time whether he should be here in the list.. But Zhong Zong is really quite important to me, so here's the emperor in DCJ.]
5. Keanu Reeves [Neo. Matrix. He was my very very first idol, and Matrix was the first movie I got really crazy aboout. Matrix rocks! And Constantine just made me love him more. He was so cool in Speed too! (He was Jack in Speed. Oh I love all Jacks. Including one Captain Jack Sparrow.)
6. Hugo Weavings [Agent Smith, as well as Elrond in LOTRs. I love the LOTR books because I am so absorbed with the Elrond backstory. Haha. And very recently, watched V for Vendetta. His voice is nice. Has the Snape feel in it.]
7. Mac Taylor. Or Horatio. Or Danny. Or Grissom. Or Greg. Or Flack. lol. The whole gang of CSIs from New York, Miami and Las Vegas.
8. Backstreet Boys. [No choice. I am watching their Never Gone concert video (Seoul, Korea) now, and they are brilliant. Brian (: I like his voice.]
9. Either Wolverine or Fox Mulder or Koda. I think I'll choose Mulder. [Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely. Sigh.]
10. Kwong Wah. ['Cos I love JiaHao too much. Wahh JiaHao and XiaoDie! Heartbroken mans.]
See? Johnny Depp, the CSI cast, BSB and Fox Mulder are from the states, while Snape's a Brit, Zaizen's from Japan, Im Ho is obviously a Korean, Keanu Reeves's born in Canada, Hugo Weavings and Hugh Jackman are Aussies if I am not wrong, and Kwong Wah's from HK. Multinational! Haha. Plus Bao Jian Feng from China and Jay Chou from Taiwan, we'll have a nice big happy family. Yay.
I like BSB's never gone tour. Hmm.

A Date with Spring
Was watching Date with Spring [Wo He Chun Tian You Ge Yue Hui] for the past few days. I know I am supposed to be revising for the EOYs, but that show is just so fabulous that I can't stop watching it.
The reason I started watching the show was because Kwong Wah was in it. You know, that Rong Hao Dong in Riches and Stitches. The show came on like more than a decade ago, so it's really really old, and Kwong Wah looked really young!
Anyway, the show's about four girls singing in a theatre. Three of them managed to do so through a singing contest, and the four of them became really really good friends. Each one of them had at least one lover, and the main character in the show, a girl called xiao die [little butterfly] liked a talented musician called JiaHao [acted by Kwong Wah].
Their relationship was so weird, but extremely sweet!! They did not started off well, but JiaHao really cared for her despite everything happening around them. Finally, one day JiaHao told her he's going overseas and promised her he'll be back three years later.
Three years passed, and he never returned. By that time, Xiao Die was already a megastar, but because of the broken promise, she decided to quit singing and went to Canada. Twenty years later, she came back, and out the three friends she had, only one survived. The theatre was going to be demolished, so XiaoDie was invited to sing for the last time on that stage. While she was singing, JiaHao came. But XiaoDie could never forgive him. The ending was so sad! Couldn't stop crying. The whole story is just so sad. Ahh. Especially when he sold the song he wrote for XiaoDie to a very rich lady to pay off his best friend's debts, when he left for America and gave Xiao Die a song he composed, called A Date with Spring. And in the last episode, when his apprentice told XiaoDie that JiaHao kept all the pictures and articles of her when he was in America all those 20 years, and when he went back to the theatre he had an illusion of XiaoDie singing on stage while he played the saxophone, tears just came naturally.
Dang. Both of them loved each other so much, but could not be together. Sigh. She wasted twenty years of her life for him. Such a pity. This is really a nice show. I am having goose bumps just listening to XiaoDie singing the theme song 'Date with Spring'.
But their relationship was also the sweetest, even though it ended off so tragic. Still remember the first time they met. Haha XiaoDie was so innocent and cute at first, mistaking JiaHao as a pervert. Lol. [The Se Lang and the Zhu Sheng Gua.] Then there was the night they spent together at the balcony, and all the happy times together when she moved to an apartment on top of JiaHao’s. It was so sweet, because all those times, JiaHao never once said he loved her, but showed so much care for her nonetheless. When she was in danger, he was so worried and saved her. Omgish sweet. [Plus that hug and the kiss that was cut. Dang the producers.] The newspaper cuttings of her he left in his room, and a birthday card he never did manage to give to her. But why! Why did he leave her in HK? He was so mean to her! JiaHao was nice to everyone except her. I wanted to cry for her, but I pitied JiaHao too, so I cried for both.

Oh and there was the scandal. The same thing in the show apparently happened in the reality as well. Can you imagine the pain the two of them went through? Sad right.
I cried 20+ times watching the show. It’s really worth watching, though it’s an oldie. So go watch after the EOYs!
