I used to tell myself, they are something from the past. No use going all sentimental over them. Yet, the past always comes back to me.

I thought, Backstreet Boys are people of the past. I still remember those days when I sat on the sofa watching their MVs and concert videos.. And now, while sorting through the songs in my itunes, suddenly had this urge to listen to their Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely.. Incidently, my favourite song back then, due to a really memorable Scully Mulder fanvid. [I used to be big on X-files] And I loved Coldplay's Swallowed in the Sea, because of a cool Jack/Liz fanvid. Okay, I am so influenced by youtube videos. So I went to watch a clip of a recent performance by the fivesome.. And wow, really brings back memories! Incomplete.. Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely.. The One.. :D Nostalgia! -Tearing-

I thought, after the long hiatus Jo took after Order of the Phoenix, that I stopped liking Harry Potter. True, from that book onwards, I started hating the main protagonist, and instead, was intrigued by Snape. So began my change of heart, though it was till Half-Blood Prince that I really became a Snape fan, Snape believer and a Snape/Lily shipper. [And I can say, I'm proud of our dear Sev in DH. Make all of our Snapers' dreams come true. :D] -Cue Lily's Eyes- [Gah I've grown so fond of this song!]

I've modified the song to suite the Sev/Lily-ness.

He has her eyes.
The boy has my Lily's emerald eyes.

Okay the whole song speaks Sev/Lily. Too bad the fanvid is removed, it's a good idea [but terrible singing].
