smith frenzy!!!

yeah went to watch with jingyan and her bro and sis. yesterday. actually i am supposed to go with lingg they all but can't resist sneaking a peep...and how can they make me wait for another week!!! i'll die. seriously. so watched with my neighbour cum ex-classmate. bought 8 days maga the day before. ^^ haha magazine buying spree huhh? bought 8 days...lime...u weekly. wanna get my hands onto i weekly. but nevermind. anyway back to watching smiths...thought we were slightly late but turned out we were very early. munch popcorns. finished half the box before the show started. and when it finally did, i went crazy. ok, not really totally insane. but was laughing so much that my face turned red and stuff...but luckily it's dark so nobody would have noticed anything. it's not that the show is super funny. it's just that...after reading so much about the show and -ahem- everything that has nothing to do with the show (heyy blame the media for it. flip the newspapers everyday and they'll have your brains polluted. tsk tsk.), and seeing it for the first time on screen, i just found it hilarious. seeing the faked innocence of brad pitt and angelina jolie, i just wondered where's the thin line between reality and virtual? everything is so mashed up, so that viewers like me are confused. heyy no offense to the show and regardless whether i hate them or i love them, i just found the act very fake. ok i am being mean. but seriously, again, it's the media. argh i am blabbering. so yarh. back to the smiths. it's funny. especially all the therapy parts. when they were debating over 5 OR 6 years, i just cracked up. oops. *spoilers!!!* yupp. the last part is like -.-''' haha. gross. but well, ironic. overall i'll have to give it to them. very entertaining, not perfect (anyway where CAN you find a perfect film these days?), but great. hilarious. i like that mr smith's friend guy. whatever he said made me crack. wasn't much of a brad pitt or angelina jolie fan (and still isn't), but now they're ok for me i guess. their best movie yet. lara croft was never my taste, while troy is not bad, i just don't want hector and achilles die. >.<>.^), we had our work done. so it's basically OK. have to start on chinese soon. yeah. hols are slipping away through my fingers. have to make full use of the remaining time. *winces*

oh yeah shop with berni and yuxuan for a while, in far east. joked arnd. quite fun. ('' ,) when i was walking from far east to mrt station, saw this whole series of mr and mrs smith posters and screen stills. recognized the majority of them from the movie. they even had this whole row of smiths advertisments sticked on escalators and the walls beside them. how it cost them anyway. see? waste of time and money. we all hear so much about the show that it goes without they announcing themselves to know who the two of them are and what the show is about. this applies to all those huge budget films. the actors are eating away so much money that it's surprising they still have enough left for so much marketing. for me, i guess a few posters will do the job. but admittably, all the pictures of the two holding guns, firing, does arouse people's curiosity and increase interest. that's how cinemas draw huge crowds to those blockbusters. very smart. hats off.

saw my ex-vice-principal. that mr lau guy. took 190 with me this morning. at first didn't realize he was there until this other guy said hi to him. caught my attention. saw him. yupp.

time for maths!!! remember mr chang? eat maths, dream maths, think maths...yeah i shall switch channels pretty soon. back to maths. that's before i start digressing and end up here. Lolz.

hey final words...dong feng po sounds nice. so does hui se kong jian. haha.
